Refund Policy

  • New clients may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment, provided that services have not been substantially delivered.
  • After this period, all payments are non-refundable, as work begins immediately upon subscription.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@express-reputation.com.

Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by contacting info@express-reputation.com.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
