1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Azimuth Express LLC ("Company"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Services Provided

Azimuth Express LLC provides online reputation management and digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Review request systems (QR codes, links, SMS/email templates).
  • Monitoring and responding to reviews.
  • SEO promotion of business profiles.
  • Content updates such as photos, videos, and news posts (for premium plans).

The Company does not create, buy, or sell fake reviews. All review requests are directed only to real customers of the business.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis.
  • By subscribing, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method each billing cycle until cancellation.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, and bank transfers (ACH/Wire).
  • Subscription fees are listed on the website and may be updated from time to time.
  • The first month may be offered at a promotional rate, after which standard subscription fees apply.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by contacting info@express-reputation.com. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: If a cancellation request is made within 7 days of the initial subscription, and no services have been substantially delivered, a full refund may be issued.
  • After this period, all fees are non-refundable, as services are initiated and allocated immediately.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date business information.
  • Ensure review requests are sent only to real customers.
  • Not use the services for unlawful, misleading, or unethical purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company makes no guarantees regarding the number of reviews, ratings, or customer responses, as final outcomes depend on end-user actions and third-party platforms (Google, Yelp, etc.).
  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Florida.

8. Modifications

Azimuth Express LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with the new effective date. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
